This service has been outstanding, Even accepting a call on Christmas day to test our folks the next day. Amazing. I think the only recommendation I would make is put the persons name that tested on the Invoice

From Buist Electric’s experience, HealthBar has been phenomenal! A live person answers the phone (every time), an email is sent within an hour of two to confirm that someone will connect with our employee who needs the test, one of your qualified nursed arrives at the employee’s home and completes tests quickly and professionally. Invoicing is done weekly. The flexibility and response time is extremely helpful to our company and to our employees. This allows us to start contract tracing right away if needed and provides peace of mind and relief if it is a negative test result. Your team has helped family members of our employees when asked…going above and beyond on Sunday mornings even. You’ve also helped our employees get test results within the required time for out of town training when a negative COVID-19 test was needed for travel. Really we couldn’t ask for a more responsive, customer service orientated team to work with! Thank you for all you do to support businesses and families in West Michigan!

My HealthBar (HB) journey was God sent. I started HB back in late October, but it feels like I been there for years. The clinicians I have met along the way have been amazing. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. I wouldn’t change being part of this team for the world. Before I started HB I had planned on purchasing my first home, which would have taken me over a year. But thanks to the opportunity HB has provided me with, I was able to purchase my first HOME! During the COVID-19 pandemic, our team was deemed essential and we continued operations to support our communities. Due to the many unknowns this put a great deal of stress on each employee. Part of Tech Defender’s pandemic response was to contract Nate and his company to provide an RN to temperature check each employee or visitor to our facility daily. HealthBar started providing Kenowa Hills services back in June of this year allowing our Early Childhood Center to open safely and efficiently. The success of this first project provided the reassurance we needed to actively engage HealthBar in providing a full school nursing program to our district.
